Well, everything is in place and the competition is about to begin!

Over the course of the competition we’ll be providing you with insights into the event and interviews with key players.

Our reporter, Dave Clancy, is out there in Shanghai experiencing the event first hand and will be sending us daily updates, including photos and videos.

boothYesterday the competitors were arriving and getting used to the environment in Shanghai. Neil Whittaker has started his preparations and we’ll have a few words from him later today on how he is feeling.

Over the course of the event we’ll be talking more with Neil, as well as chatting to his manager, Lynda Owen, judge Karen Barnes and more of those involved in the event. You’ll hear about everyone’s feelings during the event, the atmosphere in Shanghai and the judging process.

FlowersThe competition officially starts on Friday the 26th March with round one – the designer’s choice – and round two, the host’s choice.

We’ll be keeping you up to date with what’s happening, including a summary of the competition on Monday. If you would like to keep up to date over the weekend, when the event is in full swing, you can visit the official Interflora World Cup website.
