Winter Flower Trends

by Bethany Day on November 27, 2012

White Flower BouquetWe may all wish for a white Christmas, but it rarely happens. At least if the snow stubbornly refuses to fall this festive period, you can bring a bit of snowy whiteness to your home with beautiful fresh flowers and long-lasting houseplants.

This year our Winter floral collection is inspired by the trend ‘Hollywood Sparkle’, with each bouquet and arrangement being designed to reflect the optimism and vintage sophistication of the 1950’s era.

The trend is characterised by bright whites and pastels which are tempered by deeper tones. Textures are smooth and shiny, whilst embellishments have an old fashioned glamorous charm, which is reflected in containers and wrapping.
