Interflora has been featured in the gorgeous BBC Homes & Antiques magazine, which published some lovely shots of flowers – some of which you can see below – as part of its vintage issue.
Using blooms to create a retro look is very easy. If you want the fifties glamour as shown in these pictures then you should choose light, pastel shades in various different colours.
The majority of flowers used in the shoot were roses in pale yellow, pink and cream and germinis in slightly brighter shades. These paired with floral prints, light colours and cute accessories give off a wonderfully vintage feel to any room.
You can buy the bouquet featured in the shoot to get a similar look. The Scent of Summer bouquet would make a gorgeous addition to any home, regardless of whether you have a fifties-style interior or not. It’s a colourful, sweetly scented arrangement that comes in its own glass vase.
If you’d like to know where to buy all the other decorations from these beautiful shots then you can find them in the August issue of Homes & Antiques magazine.
