The theme for the festival was ‘Dreams of Gold’, inspired by the 2012 Olympic Games and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. The arrangements were created by a variety of flower clubs, florists and volunteers who transformed the inside of Lincoln Cathedral into a stunning display of floral creativity.
The Lincoln Flower Festival has taken two years to bring to fruition and has included the hard work and efforts of over 300 volunteers and staff. From 16th to 20th August, visitors can wander through this incredible building and see an amazing range of different floral arrangements.
