Interflora’s Mission to #FindFrankie

by Bethany Day on December 6, 2012

Find FrankieWe were recently contacted by a desperate mother whose son has been parted from his best friend– a little blue teddy bear named Frankie.

The blue teddy bear was given to Elliott’s parents along with a bouquet of Interflora flowers to celebrate his birth in 2008.

Four year old Elliott and Frankie have been inseparable ever since, until six weeks ago when Frankie was lost during a shopping trip in Witney, Oxfordshire.

Elliott’s mother Catherine told us: “Frankie has been everywhere with Elliot and is very dear to him. Unfortunately he’s been lost for over a month now and despite all our best efforts we can’t find or replace him and Elliott is really upset.”

Catherine has contacted the manufacturer but believes the teddy bear is no longer in production. She wants to appeal to anyone who might know where Frankie is or be able to offer a replacement.

To help reunite this little boy with his favourite teddy for Christmas:

  • Spread the word by tweeting @InterfloraUK and use the hashtag #findfrankie
  • Email if you think you know where a replacement bear can be found
